I am so happy that I have finally got a Daytona model 116523 through a trade-in with adding more cash to it, from the Capetown Diamond.Errol, along with Rose, is very professional, responsive, and trustworthy throughout this purchase process.The timepiece came as described on their website. The watch runs perfectly. It is like a brand new watch despite the fact that this watch was produced around 2007-2008.I have dealt with many grey-market watch dealers. They all seem legit, great, and trustable. However, Capetown offers its services with the best and professional staffers. They are knowledgeable and very polite. I cannot express how pleased I am with the service at Capetown. I ordered a Rolex submariner and it when the box arrived it had been tampered with at some point during USPS custody. The watch was stolen. Capetown did everything they could to help right the situation - above and beyond what I would have expected. The watch, of course, was insured but filing a claim of that magnitude involved multiple steps, delays, inconveniences, and you're dealing with a branch of the US government - so it's no cake walk. Nevertheless, they were responsive and helpful at EVERY stage. I can't thank them enough. When I decided on a replacement watch from their inventory they got it to me the NEXT DAY.
