New watches and special order merchandise are not subject to return or cancellation. In the instances where Capetown makes exceptions to the aforementioned, a 15% restocking fee of the selling price will apply.
Diamond solitaires, fine jewelry, and contemporary pre-owned watches listed on our website carry our money-back guarantee, providing the following conditions are met:

1 . You must notify us of your intent to return the qualifying item within 24 hours of its receipt.

2. Item must be returned via united parcel service (UPS), postpaid, insured, and in the same condition as received. (Do not send via Fed Ex as they do not insure watches/jewelry items.)

3. Merchandise must reach our Atlanta office within 5 days of your receipt. Any exception to the above must be duly noted on the invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. If shipping charges have been waived on a purchase that is being returned, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund.
