Now when we get to heart-shapes, they are the most wasteful cut that there is. It takes well over a two carat piece of rough to come up with a polished two carat heart-shaped ruby or other gemstone. What we have here is a very, very conservative appraisal. If time allowed, I would want to send this back to the lab for review. I really feel that $18,000 would have been more reflective of replacement for this ring. Anyhow, this beautiful ring is a wonderful, inexpensive, & romantic way to say, "I Love You."
